Refund policy

All customers are entitled to a 14-night risk-free trial period! This means you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

Returns Process

1 Contact us: Within 14 days of purchase, please email us at contact@bekuku.com with your return request. We will confirm your return request and provide you with an appropriate return address.

2 Return: Ensure that our products are in "like new" condition with all tags intact and free of stains, marks, human or pet hair, odors, or wash marks. Use the original packaging for your return. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

3 Shipping Fee: Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. We recommend using a traceable shipping service to ensure the safety of your return.

Exchanges

If there is a difference in the price of the exchanged item, the customer must pay the difference, or refund the customer if the value is less. Exchanges will be processed after we have received the original item and the exchange item is the final sale item.

Exchange Process

1 Contact us: Please send an email to contact@bekuku.com stating the reason for the exchange and the item you wish to exchange.

2 Return: You will need to return the item to our warehouse in its original packaging, regardless of whether the order has been shipped or not.

3 Shipping Fee: All shipping costs incurred during the exchange process are the responsibility of the purchaser. We recommend using a traceable shipping service to ensure a safe return.

Refund

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days and notify you via email if the refund has been approved. If the refund is approved, please note that it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to be credited back to the account you paid with, depending on the payment method you used to make your purchase.

Damages and Problems

Please inspect the item(s) upon receipt of your order and contact us immediately if the item(s) are defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item(s) so that we can resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours. We will not be able to cancel the order after 24 hours. Also, we are unable to process cancellations after the order has been shipped. Returns and refunds will only be made after the package has been delivered and signed for (please refer to the Returns and Refunds process above).

If you wish to cancel/return an item that has already been shipped, please follow the process to return the item, and once we receive the return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Change of Address

If you need to change your address, please do so within 24 hours. After 24 hours, we will not be able to change the delivery address. We recommend that you contact the courier company for assistance in updating the delivery address. For the case of change of address where you cannot receive the goods, the customer needs to bear the cost.
